BHBL Summer Recreation children who go to the Ninja Lab will experience different physical and mental challenges.   Children will be able to challenge themselves to the “Wall”, participate in different balancing and climbing activities as well as leaping and soaring to different ropes, rings and ladders.   The staff at the Ninja Lab teaches, encourages and motivates children to try different challenges.  Their constant support gives children that needed motivation to conquer these challenges.   My own children have visited the Albany Ninja Lab on multiple occasions.  They have a blast and leave sweaty!
